ABOUT THE DECK
The Wild Way Oracle Deck is an eco-oracle deck that invites you to explore the natural world and your place within it.
It has been created around two ancient systems of measuring time; The Wheel of the Year, which has its origins in pagan festivals celebrating the seasons and cycles of the earth, and the zodiacal system of decans, which divide the sky into 36 ten-degree sections, each with their own unique energy and story.

One of the guiding principles throughout the project has been ensuring that every component is as earth-friendly as possible. Here are a few of the decisions that have been taken:
The deck has been printed in the UK by a carbon balanced manufacturer committed to improving their impact on the environment. Many tarot and oracle decks are printed overseas and the resulting impact of shipping and air freight on the environment can be considerable.
All paper and card used to create the deck is FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) Certified Paper, and ECF or TCF (Elementally or Totally Chlorine Free). Inks are vegetable oil based and the cards are laminated with an inert water-based protective coating sealant rather than a polymer or plastic based coating.
The decision not to produce the usual little book to accompany the deck was primarily an environmental one. Although a companion oracle book is currently being written!
All decks are dispatched using climate neutral boxes, and plastic free packaging.
What’s included?
Each copy of The Wild Way Oracle Deck comes with access to a digital guidebook which in addition to interpretive messages, contains information on how to use the deck, and keywords for each card. The deck also includes 6 quick guide key cards which allow for more intuitive reading, by providing just a little bit of extra support.
If you’re new to astrology or keen to incorporate decans into your practice, the deck is a great way to learn! Both the card artwork and messaging incorporates decanic imagery that is thousands of years old… and they are a very cute way to deepen your practice too!
